Xocai Compensation Plan


The Xocai Compensation Plan is the most lucrative in the network marketing industry and features a distributor retention rate of approximately 73%. That means that the vast majority of people that sign up as associates remain with the company…meaning that they wouldn't stay if they weren't being successful.

Xocai features a "binary" structure, meaning each Xocai independent associate will have two marketing legs - one on the left and one on the right. Each leg can have unlimited depth which means that you can stack people on your right and left legs to infinity. By sponsoring just two people, one on each leg, you will have achieved the rank of Royal and will qualify for commissions on your entire group.

Xocai offers 1 PV, or Point Volume, in commissionable volume for every $1 in product sales, or 1PV : $1.00. an extremely uncommon practice in network marketing. Other companies may pay up to 50% payout on PV to their distributors but only put 100 PV in for each $130 in sales, or 1PV : $1.30. This is done intentionally in order to give the impression that 50% commission on total sales are given to distributors when in reality it's around 38.5%.

The Xocai Compensation Plan has a maximum payout of 50% of total commissionable volume which means that the company pays 50 cents of each dollar out to its distributors in commissions and incentives. For example, MXI had sales of $54, 920,246 in 2008 and paid $27,460,000 to its distributors.

You will earn commissions based on the total volume of your lowest producing leg. For instance, if your right leg has $3,000 in volume for a particular week, and the left leg has $2,000 in volume for a particular week, you will receive a check based on the left legs volume of $2000.

Another great benefit of the Xocai Compensation Plan is that your volume is not "flushed" away on your stronger leg after you are paid on your lesser leg volume. As long as you're active, your volume will continue to accumulate. If you decide to go inactive with your business, the accumulated volume will then return to zero.

The Four Ways To Join Xocai...

As you review the entry levels into Xocai, keep in mind that by enrolling in the Autoship Program, which is recommended but not required, you will maximize your commissions with the Xocai Compensation Plan and take full advantage of the 50% payout of commissionable volume.

There are three entry levels that will allow you to start receiving bonuses quickly -- Basic, Business Builder, and Executive Fast Start. Each offers the same very lucrative Xocai Compensation Plan but the Business Builder and Executive Fast Start allow you to tap into additional earning potential not immediately available at the Basic level.

The levels of entry are described below but the importance of additional Business Centers will be explained later on:

1. Distributor - $39.00

• Associate fee (Starter Kit, Back Office subscription for 1 year, personal website, wholesale purchase of product).

• Renewal fee of $20 for each year thereafter to maintain an “active” status as an MXI distributor.

No ability to earn bonuses or incentives.

2. Basic Associate -- $289 (incl. S&H)

• 2 cases of Xocai

• 1 Business Center -- place new associates on either right or left legs.

• Associate fee (Starter Kit, Back Office subscription for 1 year, personal website, wholesale purchase of product).

• Ability to earn 1 Expansion Center.

3. Business Builder Associate -- $770 (incl. S&H)

• 6 cases of Xocai

• 3 Business Centers -- place new associates on either right or left legs, place product volume on either right or left legs.

• Associate fee (Starter Kit, Back Office subscription for 1 year, personal website, wholesale purchase of product).

• Ability to earn 3 Expansion Centers

4. Executive Fast Start -- $1,480 (incl. S&H)

• 12 cases of Xocai

• 3 Business Centers -- place new associates on either right or left legs, place product volume on either right or left legs.

• Associate fee (Starter Kit, Back Office subscription for 1 year, personal website, wholesale purchase of product).

• Ability to earn 3 Expansion Centers.

• Immediate rank advancement to Executive and 1st level Executive Generation Bonus.

Sign Up With 3 Business Centers For More Profitability

As a Basic Associate, you will be activating One Business Center. Place two new Associates directly below you, one on the right and one on the left, and you will qualify as a Royal.

BUT....if you sign up at either the Business Builder or Executive level, you will be activating Three Business Centers.

You now have the ability to place your new Associates and any retail sales volume in Business Centers 2 or 3, resulting in faster growth and higher commissions.

Ranks of Achievement & Autoship Program

There are 12 different Ranks of Achievement within the Xocai Compensation Plan. Being in the Autoship Program allows you to enjoy the bonuses that each rank features and also guarantees that any unpaid volume will carry forward to the next bi-weekly or monthly bonus period...otherwise this unpaid volume will "flush" at the end of the period.

In a nutshell…while building your Xocai business, you will naturally be using the product for your own health and enjoyment as well as offering samples to customers and business prospects.

That being said, a certain amount of personal volume is required each month in order for you to benefit from all the bonuses available to you in each rank.

The Autoship Program was designed to help you fulfill this volume requirement. For the first 4 levels of Rank (Associate, Royal, Royal 500 and Royal 1K) your autoship requirement is $110 (1 case of product) every 4 weeks.

The remaining levels of Rank (Executive through Presidential Double Diamond) require $220 (2 cases of product) every 4 weeks.

Seven Ways to Earn Income
With The Xocai Compensation Plan

The Xocai Compensation Plan offers distributors seven ways to earn money. As you will see in the examples below, your commissions and bonuses are based on the total group volume of both your right and left marketing legs.

1. Retail Profit

As an Associate, you can buy the product at the wholesale cost, sell it for the suggested retail price and keep the difference as a profit.

2. Quick Check

You will be paid a weekly Quick Check Bonus for all new personally enrolled Associates -- $50 for those who sign up with One Business Center (Basic) and $150 for those who sign up with Three Business Centers (Business Builder and Executive).

Remember that you are required to be enrolled in the autoship program in order to receive the Quick Check and other Bonuses offered in the Xocai Compensation Plan.

3. Royal Maker Bonus

To achieve the level of Royal, all you need to do is enroll two new Associates, one on the left and one on the right, during your first 4 weeks in business.

Now teach your new people to do what you just did. When you help your new Associates achieve Royal, then you will be paid a $40 Royal Maker Bonus for each one.

4. Infinity Bonus

The Infinity Bonus is paid bi-weekly and is based on the balanced volume between your right and left legs. When the volume in your lesser leg reaches a minimum of $500 Group Volume, you will be paid a bonus equal to 10% of that volume, up to a limit of $10,000 per week per Business Center.

In the illustration on the right, the left leg has a volume of $770 and the right leg has a volume of $550.

You would be paid an Infinity Bonus of $55 - 10% of your lesser leg.

The remaining $220 of volume on the left leg will carry forward to the next bonus period.

All unused volume is non-flushing as long as you remain on autoship.

5. Executive Generation Bonus (EGB)

When you reach the rank of Executive, you will begin to receive a check-matching bonus based on the Infinity Bonus paid to the Associates you have personally sponsored, and the Associates they have personally sponsored, and so on up to 7 generations deep.



The number of generations deep for your bonus depends upon your own level of achievement. An Executive earns an EGB on the first generation, a Bronze Executive earns an EGB on the first two generations, and so forth until you reach Presidential Double Diamond and earn an EGB on all seven generations. The EGB is computed using a floating, descending percentage.

6. Leadership Pools

Four percent of the company's total Group Volume is set aside as a Leadership Pool.

This pool is divided among the top five qualified leadership ranks.

The illustration shows the percentages paid to each rank.

Only and active qualified Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Double Diamond, and Presidential Double Diamond Executives may participate in this Pool.

7. Expansion Centers

By achieving the rank of a Presidential Double Diamond Executive, you qualify for your first Expansion Center. Earn additional Expansion Centers by generating $50,000 in Group Volume (GV) in one week in that new Expansion Center's Lesser Leg.

As your Xocai Business grows, you can potentially earn a total of three Expansion Centers with each potentially earning $10,000 per week in Infinity Bonuses.

How Often Are Associates Paid
With The Xocai Compensation Plan?

MXI Corp calculates commissions weekly and pays commissions biweekly except for the Quick Check Bonus which is paid each week. A week consists of seven days starting Monday at 12:01 a.m. Executive Generation Bonus is paid biweekly and is based on a floating, descending percentage through the seven generations.
